Japan Trip 2015 - Day 4: Harajuku, Omotesando Hills, Roppongi

Happy 2016 everyone! Day 4 is here. Our last full day in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo :(

Kl being soooo badass.....

Such a little rebel. Knn early morning jiu start liao

There was a little market selling fresh goods a few steps away from our apartment which we never really got to explore much of so we decided to check it out. Lots of fresh fruits and local produce, as well as sashimi bentos and super fragrant oden which we could smell everyday when we walked pass.

$7 for this more wu hua than cold storage :o

Jurong Tan bought without any hesitation

Also a fried chicken shop at the back alley which we had no idea existed during our 4 day stay. Shared some kaarage and they were pretty good

Quite fresh, but a few weird pieces here and there

Also had some salmon sashimi but Japan is not well known for it so it was pretty normal

Holding jap food but his heart wants indian cuisine

Looking like some illegal gathering while feasting on our seafood

A fruit stall near the fried chicken place

Selling some absolutely gorgeous strawberries

If this were my little heart.. would you bear to eat it?

Yea they ate all of it ;;

Om nom nom. Jl arousing Reagan with her sucking skills

As it turns out the whole alley was packed with shops but we had no idea all along.

Onwards to Harajuku, land of youth culture which we obviously don't belong :(

Another confusing aspect to their subway, they have express trains which skips certain stations so not every train that arrives should be boarded

Suspicious mrt guy appears again

In this picture you see a predator in his natural habitat, hunting his next prey to molest or even rape.

Harajuku station. Looks very different from the other subway stations

Once come out already sibei crowded get ready to squeeze

A short walk down the road to Takeshita Street

Undoubtedly the attraction of Harajuku. Come here squeeze with throngs of Japanese girls

Plenty of 3.5k mmr girls everywhere wash eyes clean clean. Also random black men shaking your hands with their dirty palms, as Jh sadly found out.

Popular for their gigantic and cute cotton candies which we would have went in and gotten for our girlfriends if we had any

Calbee shop. In our rush to have lunch, we forgot to come back for this shop. Wasted, could have tried some royce chocolate covered potato chips with our girlfriends if we had any.

We settled for a random tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) place which could accommodate all 8 of us. Obviously the semen stain on the door swayed our decision.

Got the more premium pork loin set which cost around $20+.

Look at the meat layered perfectly inside the crispy batter. Good stuff.

Some of them ordered the tonkatsu curry rice which was great as well

There's also the melted foreskin cheese pork cutlet. Hou mai

After a satisfying lunch, returned to the famous crepe shops we passed earlier where all the girls are queuing up.

One of the must eats when in Harajuku, Marion Crepes

The flavours 多到... like the amount of dob's panties on Yc's office desk

Yc with a chocolate brownie crepe. Chiobu eat chiobu food

The 料 inside quite gao. Buay Pai

There was another crepe shop nearby called Angels Heart and since both were pretty famous and we were feeling quite chiobu, we got one from here too

Felt like Sj choosing his potential girlfriends

featuring Jippun meimei skillfully putting together her masterpiece. Sigh, hearing her gozaimasu makes me lose control of my bladder

Our other "chio bu" with her strawberry cheesecake crepe

Strawberries were sour, but the cheesecake wasn't too bad

Suddenly got shrine out of nowhere

Doing the wash left hand wash right hand wash mouth ritual

random shots which i don't know what to caption

After walking to the end of Harajuku street, we reached the atas area of Omotesando, which is essentially a stretch of road with upscale fashion stores.

Feels like orchard road, but then again most shopping areas in Tokyo feels like orchard

After a tough search and running around, finally found the Kura Chika Yoshida Porter shop. Bth whole trip dunno find how many porter shops

At the back alleys there are shops which are more affordable.

Fulfilling day of shopping, but 4pm liao means sun about to set, and we haven't done much apart from shop D:

Lots of soft toys to seal the deal

Couple shot which will be deleted upon request if they ever breakup

Pretty interesting condom shop, IF WE HAD ANYONE TO USE IT WITH LOL

Time for a little snack. Through our research, found out there was a pretty renowned gyoza shop called Harajuku Gyozaro. How could we pass that up? A reasonably short queue to get in

Nice bar style seating watching the chef in action and some dua neh bu apprentice. Shiok. We sat separately so we wouldn't have to wait too long.

Chef skillfully dunking the dumplings in the steam machine

Got a plate of the traditional gyozas with crispy bottom. Aka 锅贴

It wasn't very good. Decent at best, the lack of 韭菜 and ginger in the vinegar meant it lost out to the tiong version

Also got ourselves a plate of steamed dumplings. Full full fillings

I felt this was better than the gyozas. Juicy meat with smooth silky dumpling skin. Quite shiok

Jh and Sj also ordered a dish of beansprouts which everyone else avoided. They said it tasted exactly as it sounds. beansprouts with minced meat. Hao xiao

We were supposed to come to this connecting bridge to Yoyogi Park right beside Harajuku Station earlier, which is where all the cosplayers gather in the afternoon but didn't expect to shop so fucking long. Sibei wasted was hoping to see some awesome and fail cosplays.

Did see some strange guy cosplaying as a rapist though

Finally done with Harajuku, we made the impromptu decision to return to Shinjuku for Fuunji Ramen, a dipping style ramen place which is highly recommended.

Nice snipe of the lao chio between the couple

The restaurant is a good 10 minutes walk away from Shinjuku station, but trust me, it's easily worth an hour's walk.

Quite fortunate as when we reached, the queue was still considered reasonable.

Spent most of the time in the queue wondering how to pronounce the last chinese word. Sorry we o level chinese no A1. Ez queue wait awhile reach door liao can jiak liao woots.

Then open door see this.....

Knn door inside got 1 more queue stand behind the diners diao them eat. Sibei torture hear them slurp and orgasm. Hen gian gently blow his neck make him gao wei and faster leave

Another eatery with pretty apprentice. Tummy happy eyeballs also happy

And then this came. Holy shit. Look at the thickness of the broth, so gao.. so flavourful.. so good..

So you take the cold springy noodles, dip it in the sexy, warm sauce and slurrrp slurrp slurrrp as loudly as you can. Then, your body will automatically follow it up with an uncontrollable moan and also an erection. For girls, you will get moister than an oyster. The whole restaurant is a choir of people moaning and slurping. It is that good. I was in love with dipping noodles after trying Fuunji, and it doesn't get any better than this. May be too salty for some pussies *oops i mean people.

And yes that is 3 eggs. 3 fucking marinated half boiled eggs in a bowl of dipping ramen. Because fuck you high cholesterol.

We were dead full after the combination of gyozas and wonderful tsukemen. And the queue outside was long as fuck. I kid you not, i could not see the end of that queue. Headed over to Roppongi Hills next.

Took only a short subway ride from Shinjuku here

This area is also known for its nightlife catered to gaijins

Familiar face spotted on the billboards

We could have been riding around in this limo, but we wanted to take the subway to have a more day to day feel of life in Japan. Bo gong jiao wei

Arrived at the huge complex of Roppongi Hills, unfortunately the observatory was already closed. However, the large outdoor space offered a great view of Tokyo as well.

Early christmas tree lighting up the whole area. 很有feel

Beautiful view in the cold and windy atmosphere. Still got couple nearby getting it on while we watch free show.

Got to see Tokyo tower at least once, which was a pleasant surprise

More views while we emo about our last night in Tokyo

Sj wishing it was real whisky trickling down. With that in mind Sj, Rea and Jl went to a bar to watch black people make out while the rest of us headed back to our apartment area for some last minute exploring.

Hunting for supper nearby the subway station. Place was empty as it was past midnight. Attracted by kiap kiap machines as usual

Settled for some more gyozas as Jh buay gum wan the Gyoza earlier got veggie

Simple convenience store food to finish up the night and pack up.

Last wefie in Tokyo, heading to Mt. Fuji area the next day. Little did we know it was to become one of the best moments of our lives. But that is a story for another day.

- End of Day 4 -
