Highly recommended on Tripadvisor, one of the top few restaurants in Kawaguchiko which wasn't fucking Hotou noodles because frankly 1 meal of it is enough. We boys (and girl) need our meat to grow up strong and healthy.

Rice and miso soup comes free flow if you ordered the set. The waitress will kiap the freshly cooked tempura from the chef and walk to our table to distribute piece by piece so everything is fresh and crispy.
Lots of different sauces and flavoured powders to accompany the tempura, every bite can be a different taste if you want to mix and match.

But here are the stars of the show, freshly deep fried crispy goodness
The set included quite a fair amount of different tempura. The fish and mushrooms were especially good, but the prawn wasn't as fresh probably due to the fact that we're in the middle of fucking mountains.
And that deep fried egg with runny yolk in the center made us so wet. Pure skill *clap clap*.
Shrooms so good we ordered extra. The tempura in Tokyo we had was better, but for me this was overall better value for money. As it was already 1pm (due to us slacking in the morning), we had a dilemma to either go ahead with our plans to the theme park (and have time for only a few rides) or hang around the lake area and do some sightseeing. Tough decision to make but in the end decided to check out Fuji Q highland's epic rollercoasters,

Fuji-Q's most famous roller coasters are the following:
- Fujiyama, 79 metres tall, 130 km/h,[2] opened in 1996 and was once the world's tallest roller coaster. As of 2007 it is the world's 8th tallest, 5th longest, and 10th fastest roller coaster.
- Dodonpa, 52 metres tall, 172 km/h,[3] opened in 2001 and was once the world's fastest roller coaster. As of 2013 it is the 4th fastest in the world but still has the highest acceleration at launch time.
- Eejanaika, 76 metres tall, 126 km/h,[4] opened in 2006 and is only the second "4th Dimension roller coaster" ever built (the first being X² at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California). As a "4th dimension" roller coaster its seats can rotate 360 degrees forward or backward in a controlled spin, thus allowing Eejanaika to invert 14 different times, even though the actual track inverts only three times. It surpasses the first built "4th dimension" roller coaster, X², in both height and speed.
- Takabisha, opened on 16 July 2011, contains a 121° freefall, as well as seven major twists over 1000 metres of track, and a drop of 43 metres
So you can see why we fan jian dogs couldn't pass this up. There's also the world's longest haunted house which takes approximately 1 hour to complete and features being chased by zombie actors.
Heng it wasn't that crowded that day. All of the more popular rides had queues but the wait for each of them was 30 to 45 mins.

'It's More' is sort of like a cold storage. Amazingly we didn't even get one picture of the interior as we were in a rush to get all the stuff and meet our driver outside the supermarket. As you know, we are supermarket fanatics, always finding excuses to go inside NTUC, so imagine us oohing and ahhing over all the jap goodies. Long story short, driver drove us and our mountain of food back to the barn as arranged in the morning. The 老板 helped us to start fire and bbq accessories were all provided, we just had to provide our own makan. Top notch service.

Censored due to gang sign. We really enjoyed the 2 short days at Kawaguchiko. Really peaceful and chio, definitely recommended to stay a few nights if you are visiting Japan. Having a bbq in 0 degrees, drinks getting colder and colder when you leave it outside, running around in underwear, this was easily the highlight of our trip. Welp i started this post wishing you a happy CNY and now i'm wishing you a Happy April Fool's day. Hopefully we won't have to wait as long for Day 7 hehe.
